  • REGISTRATION FEES

    The registration fees are listed in US Dollars; payment is also required in US Dollars. All participants must pay the applicable registration fees, including workshop speakers, paper presenters, session moderators and conference committee members.

    Please Note: Registration discounts expire at 23:59 Eastern Time (New York) on the dates referenced in the table above.

  • VISA INFORMATION & LETTERS

    Please visit https://icis2023.aisconferences.org/visa-information/ for the latest details and also for the following letters for visa application purposes:

    • Download Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) and Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA)
    • Invitation Letter – available upon request. Submit form.
    • Visa Letter – available upon request, once registration has been completed. Submit form.
    • Letter from Local Organizer – available upon request.

    Please note: Visa requests via your local embassy may take 2+ months and attendees are strongly encouraged to apply as soon as possible.

  • GRANTS & SCHOLARSHIPS

    There are several grants to offset the cost of in-person conference registration and travel costs. Please review the below options and apply for the grant that best fits your needs.

  • RENEWING MEMBERS AND NON-MEMBERS

    It is important to note this conference is open to current members of AIS. Please join or renew your AIS membership prior to registering for the conference. Click here for a current list of the Individual AIS membership rates.

    Please note: If you are joining or renewing your AIS membership your registration payment and membership dues will be processed separately. Please look to receive a separate receipt for each transaction.

  • GUEST PASSES

    Guest Full Package Tickets and Guest Individual Event Tickets are available for purchase by any full conference registrant. Please note the purchase of guest tickets is only necessary if you are planning to bring a guest to accompany you to the evening events or conference meals. The primary registrant’s full conference registration includes attendance at the welcome reception and social event.

    Guest Full Package Ticket
    The guest full package ticket includes a printed badge, all meals, and access to all evening events for the individual who will be accompanying you (i.e., your spouse or colleague).

    Guest Individual Event Ticket
    A guest individual event ticket includes access to the Welcome Reception only or the Social Event only for the individual who will be accompanying you (i.e., your spouse or colleague).

    Both guest ticket options will be available for purchase during the registration process.

    Please note: Guest tickets do not include access to any educational sessions.

  • INSTITUTIONAL MEMBER

    If you are an AIS Institutional Member and will be using your University’s complimentary conference registration for this conference, please contact the membership coordinator at membership@aisnet.org to verify your eligibility and receive the appropriate promotional discount code prior to completing your online conference registration. Once you receive your promotional code, you may enter it during your online registration to receive the complimentary rate.

POLICIES

  • Substitution Policy

    Substitutions are permitted at no additional fee. To request a substitution please email the name of the AIS member who you would like to transfer your registration to and their email address to registrar@aisnet.org.

    Please Note: You or the member you are transferring your conference registration to are ineligible for any refunds or credits related to the registration transfer (i.e., refunds or credits towards workshops, evening events or guest tickets are not allowed). Also note, the person you are transferring your registration to must be a current AIS member with the same membership type.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Request for cancellation must be in writing via email to registrar@aisnet.org, and are subject to the following schedule:

    In-Person

    • Received by October 22: full refund less $150 administrative fee.
    • Received between October 23 – November 26: full refund less $250 administrative fee.
    • Received between November 27 – December 9: full refund less $450 administrative fee.

    Virtual

    • Received by November 26, 2023: full refund less $25 administrative fee
    • Received between November 27- December 8: full refund less $50 administrative fee
    • Cancellation requests after December 8: Cancellation requests received beginning December 9 will not be eligible to receive a refund; the registrant will be liable for the full conference registration fee.

    Cancellation requests received beginning December 10 will not be eligible to receive a refund; the registrant will be liable for the full conference registration fee. This also includes workshop cancellations.
