Overview:

The University of Texas at Arlington (UTA) located in the heart of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex is a comprehensive teaching, research, and public service institution with a total enrollment of approximately 46,000 students. It is designated as a Carnegie R-1 “Very High Research Activity” institution and as a Texas Tier One institution. The College of Business, which has been accredited by the AACSB since 1969, serves about 4,500 undergraduate students and 1,500 graduate students. The Information Systems and Operations Management Department enrolls about 1200 students and offers BS and MS degrees in Information Systems and Business Analytics, a BBA degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management, and Ph.D. degrees in Information Systems and Operations Management.
