Heartfulness offers a simple set of meditative practices and lifestyle changes, first developed at the turn of the twentieth century and formalized into teaching through the Shri Ram Chandra Mission in 1945. These practices are a modern form of Yoga designed to promote contentment, inner calm, compassion, courage and clarity of thought. The Heartfulness practices are fit for people over the age of fifteen from all walks of life, cultures, religious beliefs and economic situations. More than 5,000 Heartfulness Centres are supported by many thousands of certified volunteer trainers and practitioners in 160 countries.

Heartfulness Meditation:

The Heartfulness Meditation through Pranahuti is a very unique and the easiest and the most accessible form of meditation. It was earlier propounded by Raja Janak and carried through Lord Krishna. The practice was revived by Lalaji Maharaj – the first guru in the lineage of Heartfulness. From common man to celebrities the method is taught absolutely free of cost to anyone who seeks inner harmony and bliss. Heartfulness meditation has also been backed by many ongoing and proven research work in universities across the world to have brought many positive changes among people – be it in their lifestyle and thought process or raising focus and awareness.

Kanha Shanti Vanam:

The Heartfulness Headquarters in the outskirts of Hyderabad called Kanha Shanti Vanam is one of the largest spiritual and wellness retreat centres in the world. It houses the largest meditation centre in the world with a capacity of 1,00,000 people at a time. The lush green of Kanha Shanti Vanam is a miracle in itself because of the transformation it has witnessed in just about five years from the time it was first created from a stretch of 1400 acres of arid land to now a perfect ecosystem of rainforests, water reservoirs and 167 migratory bird species. It was the vision of Padma Bhushan Rev. Kanha Wellness Centre:

Kanha Wellness Centre provides Kerala Ayurvedic treatments in association with Patanjali, Kerala Ayurveda and Shreevarma. Treatments include Periodic detox treatments viz. Dinacharya, Rithucharya and Panchakarma. Palliative care and Rasayana Therapies are also available to great digestive diseases, blood pressure and disorders, skin diseases, arthritis, paralysis, diabetes mellitus, kidney diseases, asthma, sinusitis, thyroid, heart diseases and other chronic and non-chronic diseases. In recognition of the ambitious greening movement: Shri Ram Chandra Mission, Kanha Shanti Vanam, Ranga Reddy District, was awarded the prestigious ‘HARITHA MITRA’ (Green Friend) award for the year 2016. In year 2021, Kanha Shanti Vanam was awarded HARITHA HARAM award by CII IGBC. Rated Green Co Certified “Platinum” in the year 2019 by CII IGBC.

Heartfulness also signed MoUs including with the likes of AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education), ICAR (Indian Council for Agricultural Research), AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Sciences) and most recently NHM (National Health Mission) in MP.
